Managing the successful restructuring of Health Plans
during a downturn.
Leading the initiatives to restructure the information-technology teams and two core system replacements
(Trizetto Claim Facts in 1996 and Eldorado in 2005)
Successfully selling Health Plans, Inc. to Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and subsequently lead the acquisition of TPAs and managed-care companies.
Placing or directing over $500 million in stop-loss reinsurance premiums as a licensed insurance agent in 26 States.
Directing the placement of a distinguished Board of Directors and participating in key changes of the company
